To mention the background situation Now every time GMS is updated, HomeUI is being observed to be killed and VoC is increasing rapidly increasing. And this issue has been fixed in v15.536.26 that was approved by Google today, However, the entire deployment of this modified version takes time. So SKB is going to ask Google to stop or minimize the gms update for the time being. Hi YK, Can we mentioned the real reason on issue tracker, (SKB has fixed it, but SKB need to time to deployed to all field users) I know this part is very sensitive, but based on the past experience, if we don't have reason. Google will said, the other customer hasn't reported this kind of issue. Mr. Jeff has no reason to ask PlayStore team to stop deploying GmsCore. He will said "SKB and all OEMS should investigate first". Thanks, Jason |
